(It will open your eyes up to how much it will really cost you personally in the upcoming OBAMA Cap and Trade Bill he will try and sneak around the congress and Senate and regulate it under the EPA Agency next year.
- They will cap all your energy (Natural gas, electricity, fuel oil, gasoline) usage by taxing you so much money to make you stop using it, they will then trade your "Unused" energy to a Federal Government Commission and trade it on the open world market as a commodity to make money and sell to use to run even more bigger government programs to control everyone further.
Idea: I'll bet it might have never crossed your mind while filling out their brief calculator to "cheat a little" on air travel trips, car mileage, etc. These will be already calculated on tables provided by the IRS when you MUST save or turn over all airline travel vouchers, gasoline receipts, and all power bills to prove your Cap and Trade Federal Taxes paid in your annual income tax forms.
Thought: Only about the not so distant future, since you will not be using any old fashion bills and coins anyway, the newly issued "Federal Debit Currency Cards" by the Federal Government will know exactly what you are paid and what you spend your money on to tax you accordingly for your other VAT taxes (value-added-taxes) too. Also, what a real neat way to expand and contract the entire US economy instantaneously by blocking you access to your own money electronically. (maybe control the World economy too, comrades)
Ponder: All of the battery powered cars, etc. use dirty carbon coal cell batteries to store the energy and are terribly worse to produce that create huge carbon footprints greater than any fuel energy saved. Ethanol, corn based fuel creates higher air pollution to make and burn in an engine than gasoline. It's more efficient and cleaner to use fossil fuels in both cases.
My cost: $298.00 - For 2 people, no kids, low overhead.
Terrapass says they currently have 150,000 members who use their services. At my lowly $300 rate that is $45 Mil./yr. Wow! That is certainly a a lot of servings of healthy Greens. I'll just bet there is just a little bit of those greens that go to the administrative officers and expenses and liberal PAC activities, Political Action Committee, as "Terrapass overhead" too. Hmmn...
Calculations: If we have over 311 Mil. people/pop census 2010, then 150,000/Terrapass members = .000482% of the population (Nothing percentage).
Just think when the Cap and Trade Bill is passed next year that at least 155,500,000 (approx. 50%) will be paying carbon taxes. So, using my $300, really low average, the tax collected is $47 Bil./yr. Oh wait, Obama will nail at least another 35% middle class taxpayers here even if they don't pay income taxes for possibly another $33 Bil./yr. too. ($80 Bil. + per year?)
