On Friday, September 30, 2011 with no brouhaha, no mainstream media coverage, and no public mention by Obama, he then camouflaged the Dream Act by burying it within an ICE Memo during a flurry of a late week paperwork shuffle. Obama is now pandering for the 2012 Hispanic Votes!

The Obama administration memo to John Morton, Director of I.C.E. (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) directs I.C.E. agents now to use "Prosecutorial Discretion" with regard to enforcing immigration laws.
Director Morton says, "When ICE favorably exercises Prosecutorial Discretion, it essentially decides not to assert the full scope of the enforcement authority available to the agency." Simply put, the Obama Administration policy directs border patrol agents not to enforce immigration laws.

Remember when you vote next year that we need someone in the White House who will balance the budget and control illegal immigration. If we make all illegals legal, then, we have lost our country forever. Liberalism will have won and you will have a one party system forever. Redistribution of wealth will be the law. It is called socialism. Our country is heading in the wrong direction and we are doing it to ourselves without serious protest.
