Obama Class War Has Backfired - The "Occupy Wall Street" Protests

Meet Hippies, Potheads & Communists who want to “bring Capitalism down” at the "Occupy Wall Street" Protest

If nothing else, watch this video....              Run Time: 4:53

1960s Protesters Pins
So this must be what the 1960′s looked like. These hippies, potheads and Communists with their “Occupy Wall Street” protest thing are obviously the offspring of those same drugged out hippies from the 1960s ...NOT EVEN CLOSE!

Abbie Hoffman - Protester
I was a teenager and college student in Los Angeles, CA. during the 1960s. I remember seeing the war pacifist, Jane Fonda, at the College Campus demonstrations, drunken parties, Los Angeles Race Riots - June 1965, assassinations of JFK - Nov 1963, MLK - April 1968 and RFK - June 1968. I went to Haight-Ashbury Street in San Francisco and the Hollywood Strip with their head shops, pot, LSD and sub-culture.  I had friends who went to the wild drugfest, love-in orgy at the 1969 Woodstock Festival starring Joan Baez, Richie Havens, Joe Cocker and many others.

I also remember so many 1960s protesters who had causes and knew why they were protesting; i.e., Vietnam war, Civil rights, Women's rights, Ecology, etc.  But sadly, it is not evident today ...the "so-called protesters" are Clueless Dupes!
SEIU Trumpka
These protesters are backed by the
Teamsters (UBT) Hoffa
Service Employees International Union (SEIU), International Brotherhood of Teamsters Union (IBT) and Communist Party of America (CP/USA) who endorsed Obama for President and various left-wing groups with agendas, scripts, and organizations. The young and impressionable, the ignorant and those naive about the world can join in, all you others go away! ...They are the pawns in Obama's "Class Warfare" claim that the masses are disgruntled and want his Progressive Liberal programs!  After all, he is running for an election ...again!

Here are just a couple of groups funding these protesters:
    AdBusters Event Poster
  • AdBusters -  A Canadian left-wing, anti-capitalistic Internet hacking group. AdBusters released a video communique that  endorsed #OCCUPYWALLSTREET. Using language from their first "Tactical Briefing", the video calls on protesters to adopt the nonviolent "Tahrir-acampadas" model, a plan to use the revolutionary Arab Spring-Spain tactic of mass occupation to restore democracy in America. On the 17th of September, it says, "flood into lower Manhattan, set up tents, kitchens, peaceful barricades and occupy Wall Street for a few months … Once there, we shall incessantly repeat one simple demand in a plurality of voices."
  • "Meanwhile S17 (Sept 17, 2011) is surging ahead internationally. Simultaneous occupations of financial districts are now being planned in New York City, Madrid, Milan, London, Paris and San Francisco. With a bit of luck, this list of participating cities will expand," more Twitter messages to follow.
  • S17 support shows how to organize an open public camp and people's assembly so that people participate in different open groups (like the Group of facilitators and secretaries of the Assembly, Technical Support Group, Art Group, Internet Group e.t.c.) speaking about practical ways and methods offering ideas, sharing experiences, problematics and dangers to avoid for organizing Direct Democracy Public Camps and Assemblies all around the world - are these protests like the 1960s or professionally organized?
  • "If we can pull together just the right mix of nonviolence, tenacity and strategic smarts, S17 could be the beginning of the global revolution we've all been dreaming about for so long … wouldn't that be lovely?"
  •  The National Lawyer Guild - Dedicated to the need for basic change in the structure of our political and economic system, who seek to unite the lawyers, law students, legal workers and jailhouse lawyers of America, to function as an effective political and social force in the service of the people, to the end that human rights shall be regarded as more sacred than property interests. - An American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) sister Left-Wing organization?

george_soros
George Soros
Guess who funded them? Why George Soros of course! ...What an amazing coincidence!
What happened to all of those huge anti-war protests that went on in the Bush years after Obama got elected? - They disappeared!    Apparently two wars under Bush can really turn people out but six wars under Obama isn't worth getting off the couch? A lot of so called "progressive" and "activist left" organizations got pumped and dumped by the Obama politico apparatus after his 2008 Election. Again, they're just too psychologically invested, too blind to see the next Obama reincarnation of broken promises while he goads them into more debt. Obama's trendy word salad de jour now is "Class Warfare", which is exactly what I'm talking about, just another mask to hide Obama's assault on American values.

Has any protester asked Obama about the influence of corporate money in the Obama Presidential Campaign war chest? ...Hmm

Oh, Oh! ...it's time for more Obama business bailouts!

General Motors, Solyndra Solar Energy, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, all bloated and bankrupt Union Health & Pension funds for the United Auto Workers (UAW), Service Employees International Union (SEIU), Teachers, Firemen, Police and various Federal & State Union Government Workers.

FYI:
The Federal retirement programs now have a $5.7 trillion unfunded liability, compared with a $6.5 trillion shortfall for Social Security.

Obama Buffet Tax Menu - Jobs Bill

Warren Buffett's Buffet
Bottom Line at Top: "Kill Jobs Bill"

Taxes on the Menu.... Time to Buy More Union Votes!

More Bailouts for Union Pension & Retirement Funds....

Obama urged Congress to pony up roughly $200 billion in taxpayer money to "provide more jobs for teachers [and] more jobs for construction workers" and "more money to carry out other state and local activities" like many unfunded states' pension liabilities like the ones in Illinois some experts peg at $3 trillion or that California has factored in as estimated liabilities up to $3 trillion, on the optimism of the assumptions made according to State Public Fund experts on unfunded states' pension liabilities like the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) that provides retirement and health benefit services to more than 1.6 million Union members... Hello, General Motors Union Pensions Bailout!
AFL-CIO Union Management....

Special guests - AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka and Union Thug;   Antonio Villaraigosa (Left) Current Los Angeles Mayor, Former Union Organizer; Mark Mallory (Right) Cincinnati Mayor, Union Promoter are watching carefully as President Obama delivers his "Nationalized Federal Pro-Union Jobs Bill" Address to Congress.
Obama inviting his Union Bosses to sit in the "front row seats" to his Address to Congress, Obama urged Congress to spend more money even after handing out hundreds of billions of dollars for similar purposes as part of the 2009 stimulus package, as well as a score and more billion dollars again in 2010.

Antonio Villaraigosa
These vast contributions to the coffers of state and local governments, though pitched as a jobs bill, are in reality the latest in a series of bailouts for debt-ridden state and local governments. They are of special benefit to states in the Blue Regions of the Country where the president's most fervent supporters reside. Antonio Villaraigosa sought to gain titular sovereign control of the second largest unionized school districts, the Los Angeles Unified School District, with final say on all decisions and he failed. Diversity also means future voters with a breakdown by ethnic group, 73% of its students were of Hispanic origin and 11% of its students were African American. White American students comprise 9% of the student population, while Asian American students comprise 4%; students of Filipino origin form 2% of the student population. Native Americans and Pacific Islanders together are less than 1%. LAUSD served 694,288 students, and had 45,473 teachers and 38,494 other employees. It cost $10,514.37/yr. per student to educate them. The total Los Angeles City School District budget for 2009-2010 is $7.3 billion. Only the New York City Department of Education has a larger student population and budget.

In Cincinnati, Ohio, Mayor Mark Mallory is mired in dubious political activities concerning the misappropriation of the legislative power of council by Mayor to keep Union members, 44 police officers, on the street. Not only is Mayor Mallory hurting the city fiscally, he is usurping the authority of council granted in the city charter.  In order to get more Union jobs, Mallory and the Obama Administration want to buy votes by building more bridges in the Cincinnati where many residents see no need, except to raise more Federal income taxes and to charge new toll road bridge use taxes which comes back to Washington, DC. A heavy Union members voter block in Ohio is really needed for Obama to win there in 2012 too!

In many Blue States, legislators have done what the Washington politicians do by running up extraordinary state debts. Nationwide, state debt is running around $3 trillion. If unfunded pension liabilities are factored in, estimated liabilities leap forward by Trillions plus, depending on the degree of optimism of the assumptions made by fund actuaries figuring pension returns and payouts.

The Bond Market....

The bond market has reacted accordingly. In a new study at Harvard's Program on Education Policy and Governance, why the Obama administration is so interested in helping out the Blue States with legislatures is that they are heavily Democratic and have a voter base of a highly unionized public-sector work force. They must pay interest rates that are often an extra half a percentage point higher than Red States

Specifically, a 20 percentage-point increment in either the Democratic share of the state legislature or a comparable increase in the share of the public work force that is unionized drives up interest rates by nearly a half a percentage point on a five-year security note. That amount is nontrivial. In Obama's home state of Illinois, it is costing Illinois intrastate governments over $700 million annually. The impact of these political factors on interest rates is in addition to the impact of standard economic factors, such as a state's unemployment rate, its gross domestic product growth, and its debt-to-GDP ratio, all of which are themselves shaped in part by the left-leaning state's political climate.

In short, the bond market has concluded that: the more unionized the state and the bluer its political coloring, the riskier it is to hold bonds marketed by that state.

Federal rescue of states is a dramatic departure from past practice. State bankruptcies date back to the 1840s when, amid a financial crisis, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois and five other states discovered they had invested too heavily in infrastructure. The last state bankruptcy was in Arkansas during the 1930s. But overall the instances were few; in each case the federal government refused to come up with a fix.

Bankrupt states paid the price, but for the country as a whole, a system of fiscally sovereign states has proven incredibly beneficial to the nation's economic well-being.

Tell Obama - "NO MORE BAIL-OUTS"....
Federal fiscal bailouts put our federal system at risk. In essence, the national government is acting as if states are too big to fail. In the next financial crisis, the federal government may decide that states need to be treated like General Motors or, at least, be given ever bigger handouts of the kind the Obama administration seems committed to making.

Hang Up Obama!

Job calls are ringing off the hook!
...No openings or answers, Mr. Obama?

With the T-Mobile USA acquisition, AT&T would displace Verizon Wireless, which is owned by Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ) and Vodafone Group Plc, as the No. 1 U.S. wireless carrier. Together, AT&T and Verizon control 80 percent of profits in the market, according to the FCC’s annual wireless report published June 27, 2011.

The U.S. Department of Justice is blocking AT&T’s $39 billion deal to buy T-Mobile USA saying, "The acquisition of the No. 4 wireless carrier in the country by No. 2 AT&T would violate antitrust laws to reduce competition and raise prices.”  Does that also apply to the Obamacare Single-Payer Healthcare Program too?

In an opening salvo to quell the DOJ lawsuit, AT&T has already offered to bring back 5,000 call center jobs to the United States, of which does not seem enough to satisfy an employee job-starved President who has a re-election bid coming up with few job prospects even for himself.

Communication Workers Union
The real background motive is how this merger plays politically into Obama's re-election strategy to show he is in control to create more jobs, what better sacrificial lamb than a highly visible, "big-business bully" like AT&T? ...Just show Voters who means business for Union jobs creation, Mr. President!

This Obama executive order raises the unsettling question of whether the White House and Justice Department have coordinated once again, through Federal Government regulations, to control another major business in a vital consumer segment of the marketplace. What's next?  Another bailout of jobs too big to fail ...the Communications Workers' Union ...another huge block of Obama voters? (Remember the funding of UAW, United Auto Workers Union Pension Plans at the General Motors Bailout?)

FYI:
CWU is the largest communications and media labor union in the United States representing about 550,000 members in both the private and public sectors. The union has 27 locals in Canada via CWA-SCA Canada (Syndicat des communications d’AmĂ©rique) representing about 8,000 members. CWA has several affiliated subsidiary labor unions bringing total membership to over 700,000. CWA is headquartered in Washington, DC, and affiliated with the AFL-CIO, the Canadian Labour Congress, and Union Network International.

Is it Time to Hang Up on Obama?
